Underline words not added to anki

I know this has been mentioned back when Yomichan was being developed, however, I feel like this help the efficiency of adding more new words into anki since you can just look at which are underlined or not

I am also attempting on my own how to solve this issue, but I know it's mainly difficult to implement due to the fact that Yomitan I think doesn't necessarily parse the entire webpage. I have thought about somehow trying to tie the underlining to if Yomitan notices there is a duplicate card or just a card for the word in general, and then if not, underlining the word.

I am also mainly making this to see if anyone else feels the same about this feature and if it is actually worth taking the time on and implementing, thanks to anyone who reads this btw.
