Integrate the proxy registry #1978
Description
Support the Proxy registry extension. Things that can benefit from centralized proxy configuration:
- Probably most remote models
- MCP client
- MCP registry client
This was added after Quarkus 3.27 though, so we will probably have to wait for the next Quarkus LTS.
